(Billboard Publicity Wire) November 22, 2009 -- PSQ (Palmetto State Quartet) has just completed filming a performance with country music diva Wynonna Judd. The event was a private celebration, hosted via satellite by Oprah Winfrey, to welcome home the 82nd Airborne Division, 3rd Brigade Combat Team who were returning from combat duty in the Persian Gulf. Larry Strickland, bass singer for PSQ, stated that he and the guys are honored just to have been a part of the homecoming for these courageous men and women who sacrifice so much for our country. The show was filmed live at the York Theater on post at Fort Bragg, NC and is scheduled to air on the November 24, 2009 episode of The Oprah Show.

PSQ will also be appearing with Wynonna as part of her 2009 Christmas Tour “A Classic Christmas”. Throughout the concert series, PSQ will not only be performing as background singers for Wynonna, they will be featured during each show performing their new single release “Lo And Behold”. Lo and Behold was composed by Nashville songwriter Stephen Hill, and produced by veteran producer Mark L. Carman for the new PSQ Christmas CD. “Lo and Behold”, also the title cut for the CD album, is set for release to radio and retailers on November 30, 2009 on the Peaceful Valley Records label.

We are honored just to have been a part of the homecoming for these courageous men and women who sacrifice so much for our country.
