Sunset Live Entertainment Announces Five (5) More eCasts this Summer at Venues Featuring High-Def Concert Simulcasts
Sunset Live Entertainment has added five more venues for its eCasts will beam its live, high-definition concert broadcasts this summer, announced Sunset Records head Don Lichterman, along with lineup of music artists that include Blackbird, The New Surreal, Blackwell, Dirk Quinn Band and two (2) solo acoustic shows by Dirk Quinn.

2008 summer lineup of eCasts to feature four (4) Sunset artists and five (5) new venues
Sunset Live Entertainment has added five more venues for its eCasts will beam its live, high-definition concert broadcasts this summer, announced Sunset Records head Don Lichterman, along with lineup of music artists that include Blackbird, The New Surreal, Blackwell, Dirk Quinn Band and two (2) solo acoustic shows by Dirk Quinn.
Many artists and many venues across North America, and Europe will now participate in showing HD eCasts of their live performances, the record label and live download company said in a statement today.
This summer, Sunset Live is producing an entire series of live concert eCasts of Sunset Records artists. Sunset artists will reach out to fans of live music all over the world. "People from around the globe can view our bands and artists watching from home theatres in HD and on any type of computer," Lichterman says about the newly announced concert eCasts at Sunset-Live.com.
The Manhattan-based record label and live download company also announced that it will showcase The New Surreal at The national Underground in New York it one week before the street date of that self titled debut CD. The Sunset Records lineup scheduled will showcase Dirk Quinn with his band in August with a much-anticipated solo acoustic performance at a new hot spot at the Jersey shore (The Coffee Pot in Sea Isle City) of his new material from the critically acclaimed "QuinnTet" CD (In Stores Now). HipHop great Blackwell is also on the schedule for eCasts this summer.
California band Blackbird will also be doing another eCast as a follow up to their successful show at The Broadway in San Francisco last month. Blackbird's performance showcasing their songs from their top selling CD, Songs For The Broken Hearted. "Blackbird has been our top seller at retail the past couple weeks and that is a direct reflection of that eCast we did with them last month," says, (Don) Lichterman.
